Hot Honeys

Honey, but make it dangerous. Our hot honeys take pure, golden honey and infuse it with proper chilli heat, no syrupy filler, just sweet, sticky, slow-building fire. Drizzle it over pizza (especially anything with pepperoni or blue cheese), pour it on fried chicken, swirl it into goat's cheese, glaze your roasted carrots, or stir a spoonful into a hot whiskey when the weather turns. Handmade in small batches by the same hands behind our award-winning sauces, every bottle is built to upgrade the everyday. Sweet at the front. Heat at the back. Trouble all the way through.

This is where it all started. Our hot sauce range is the reason people keep coming back handcrafted in Belfast, built from chillies and real ingredients, and tuned for flavour before fire. Whether you're after the bright sunshine heat of Samson, the carroty charm of Belfast Red Head, the smoky depth of Bonfire Chipotle, or the full Carolina Reaper assault of Pain in the Hole (one of the hottest hot sauces produced in Ireland), there's a bottle in here with your name on it.

Jam

Sweet meets heat. Our chilli-infused jams are small-batch, slow-cooked and built around fresh chillies, no shortcuts, no nonsense. Spoon them over a cheeseboard, slather them on a bacon sarnie, glaze a ham, lift up a goat's cheese tart, or just eat them off a spoon when no one's watching. Each jar is handmade in Belfast by the same crew behind our Great Taste Award-winning hot sauces, so you're getting that signature Blackfire balance, proper flavour first, with a kick that creeps up and says hello. Ketchup

Ketchup, but make it interesting. We took the most familiar bottle on the table and gave it a Blackfire makeover, fresh chillies, real ingredients, and the kind of depth you don't get from the supermarket aisle. It's still the friend of chips, burgers, sausages, bacon butties and breakfast fry-ups, just with a backbone of proper flavour and a quiet little kick that makes you go back for a second dip. Handmade in small batches in Belfast by the same award-winning crew behind our hot sauces. Once you've tried it, the red squeezy bottle starts to feel a bit… apologetic.
